Saucony Endorphin Elite 3 Women's

Saucony Endorphin Elite 3 Women's review: what runners say

Fit

True to size for most runners; Andrea Myers (DoctorsOfRunning) recommends going up a half size. Wide, square toe box; above-average comfort for the racing category.

Feel

IncrediRUN midsole with non-Newtonian behavior: soft and compliant at easy paces, progressively more responsive and propulsive as load increases. The shoe responds to pace, not the other way around.

Durability

Saucony lists 200–300 miles. PWRTRAC rubber holds up well at main contact points; exposed foam on the edges wears visibly but without compromising functional traction.

Best for

Neutral racer from 10K to marathon for runners with stable mechanics. Optimal for mid-forefoot strikers; less effective for pure heel strikers. Not suited for daily training.

Weak points

Insufficient stability in corners and at easy paces; heavier than the main competitors in the super shoe category. Some runners report residual instability despite improvements over v2.
