Feel

Soft yet responsive ride courtesy of the aliphatic TPU foam and PWRPlate extending beyond the toe. Propulsive effect is pronounced and rewards midfoot or forefoot strikers; at slower paces the decoupled heel introduces a noticeable lag.

Durability

Puma rates it at 300 km; sources confirm cushioning degradation beyond that threshold. At least one tested pair showed outsole rubber breakdown at 86 km. Thin outsole designed for race use only.

Best for

Pure racer for middle- and long-distance runners with solid form. Best suited to 5K–half marathon; viable for the marathon only for experienced runners with consistent mechanics. Not recommended for heel strikers or daily training.

Weak points
