Feel

Dual-layer Helion HF with a nylon speedboard: the top layer soft and responsive, the bottom layer denser for stability. Efficient, smooth ride at any pace, not hyper-energetic, with a rocker geometry that promotes a fluid toe-off.

Durability

Built for race day and long efforts, not daily training. Leno weave upper is lightweight but more durable than it looks. Mission Grip outsole with ~2.5–3 mm lugs: adequate on mixed terrain, not aggressive.

Best for

Trail race-day over ultra distances, varied terrain, and warm conditions. Not ideal for highly technical, steep surfaces requiring deep lugs.

Weak points

Slow drying after water crossings despite the open upper. Some overpronating runners find the platform too neutral and too narrow laterally.
