Feel

Medium cushioning, firm and responsive ride courtesy of CloudTec Phase without a speedboard. Forefoot-oriented platform: heel strikers will notice a harder impact.

Durability

Rubber outsole on primary wear zones with exposed foam in the midfoot. No significant structural degradation at 100 km; one user reports the outsole nearly intact at 250 miles.

Best for

Daily trainer for moderate-to-fast paces (7:15–9:40 min/mile). Best suited for forefoot strikers, runners under 165 lb, distances up to half marathon. Also works as a walking and casual shoe.

Weak points

Ride is too stiff for those seeking soft cushioning. Angular, underrounded heel collar can cause Achilles irritation. Traction in wet conditions is not fully convincing.
