Fit

Wide through the midfoot and forefoot, with generous room for swelling. The heel is heavily padded, which nudges the foot slightly forward — borderline sizing should consider wide.

Feel

Firm cushioning, smooth transitions courtesy of a pronounced heel rocker. No energy return: Helion foam is unresponsive; the shoe requires active push-off.

Durability

Full-coverage rubber outsole: minimal wear after 30 km. A clear improvement over version 2, which broke down quickly. High expected mileage for daily use and walking.

Best for

Easy miles, extended walking, clinical or occupational use. Not suited to sustained paces or demanding long runs: the weight (310–317 g) and flat foam penalize any pace ambitions.

Weak points

High weight relative to modest stack height. Foam lacks reactivity and does not improve noticeably with break-in. Some runners report difficulty locking the laces due to excess padding in the upper.
