True to size in length; the forefoot is slightly roomy. Wide feet may find the toe box narrow: no wide versions available.

Feel

Maximum cushioning with Helion foam and CloudTec Phase pods: soft, rolling ride with controlled rebound. Ground feel is limited.

Durability

Approximately 300–500 miles cited by sources; the Missiongrip outsole with 4 mm lugs shows normal wear past 150 mi in direct testing. Longer-lasting than standard On trail running shoes.

Best for

Light hiking on mixed and moderate terrain, walking travel, urban use, and trail-to-town. Not suited for technical terrain, heavy packs, or demanding off-trail conditions.

Weak points

Insufficient traction on loose gravel and wet rock, particularly on steep descents. No wide option available; the top eyelet can press on the instep when laced tight.
