Fit

Size up half a size from usual, as recommended by Norda. Dyneema upper is stiff at first, breaks in over miles; wide toe box and midfoot with solid lockdown.

Feel

Dense Arnitel TPE midsole: moderate cushioning, responsive without being soft. Controlled ride, well connected to the ground, suited to ultra paces through faster sessions on mixed terrain.

Durability

Norda claims 1,000+ km; sources align on a 600–800 mile expectation. Dyneema upper is nearly indestructible; Vibram Megagrip Litebase outsole is the first component to go.

Best for

Ultra-distance trail runner looking for one versatile pair: technical singletrack, hard pack, road mixed. Not recommended for deep mud or snow; G+ adds waterproofing for cold and wet conditions.

Weak points

Heel collar has no padding: several testers report Achilles rubbing during the first few dozen miles before break-in. High price cited as a recurring barrier.
