Fit

Runs small; size up a half size from your usual. Once the right size is found, the forefoot is roomy with good volume and the midfoot lockdown is solid.

Feel

Comfortable, stable cushioning from the super-critical EVA 45C foam; energy return is modest compared to PEBA foams, with a flat, controlled ride rather than a responsive one.

Durability

Nnormal rates expected life at 600–900 miles; full-length Vibram Megagrip outsole is resoleable. Translucent mesh upper with structural reinforcements at the lace loops and toe cap.

Best for

Mixed non-technical trail, gravel, and asphalt-to-trail transitions. Long distances and ultras on varied terrain; not recommended for deep mud or harsh winter conditions requiring lugs deeper than 4 mm.

Weak points

Toe protection is insufficient for a trail shoe. The heavily padded collar may absorb water in wet conditions, with potential drainage issues.
