Fit

True to size, with a secure hold at the heel and metatarsal. The toebox, despite appearing narrow, provides enough room for the toes without feeling restrictive.

Feel

Reactive and lightweight, with minimal but not harsh cushioning. The nylon plate delivers a dynamic ride; on technical terrain behavior is predictable, while on asphalt the limited stack makes itself felt immediately.

Durability

Matryx upper with Kevlar fibers offers good abrasion resistance. The Vibram Megagrip outsole with 5mm lugs ensures longevity on technical trail, but exposed midsole zones on the outsole are a weak point on uneven terrain.

Best for

Race shoe for short, fast trail (up to 25–30 km), skyrunning, and vertical km. Suited to lightweight runners with solid technique and experience in minimalist footwear. Not recommended for runners over 165–175 lbs or for long outings.

Weak points

The heel is stiff and requires a break-in period; some runners report rubbing in the first few outings. The low collar does not seal effectively against debris and small gravel.
