Hoka Speedgoat 7 gtx

Hoka Speedgoat 7 gtx review: what runners say

Fit

Precise, snug fit; tends to run narrow in the forefoot. Many runners report needing to size up by half a size.

Feel

Abundant, protective cushioning thanks to supercritical EVA foam, offering balanced energy return without feeling overly soft or unstable.

Durability

Solid construction with reinforced technical mesh upper and Vibram Megagrip outsole with 5mm lugs, designed for high mileage.

Best for

Versatile shoe for long-distance trail running, ultra-trail, and daily training on mixed terrain.

Weak points

Slightly tapered toe box limits natural toe splay; high stack reduces ground feel.
