Fit

Feel

EVA cushioning with a smooth, propulsive rocker. The ride is firm but not particularly soft; secure lockdown.

Durability

The outsole combines Durabrasion rubber at the heel and sticky rubber at the forefoot. Direct mileage data on the Mach 7 is unavailable; the Mach 6 showed early wear compared to some competitors.

Best for

Versatile daily trainer suited for paces up to threshold. Works well for heel strikers. Not a true speed shoe given its geometry and materials.
