Fit

Runs short: multiple testers recommend sizing up half a size. Tapered toebox and low midfoot volume; those with high insteps should be cautious.

Feel

DNA Hype midsole (PEBA/EVA) offers higher energy return than the standard Ghost, with a snappy response at moderate and sustained paces. Can feel slightly stiff at slow paces; sensation balances out as pace increases.

Durability

Estimated over 600-700 km; no visible outsole wear or foam breakdown after 50 km of testing. Rubber coverage is sufficient but not excellent on wet surfaces.

Best for

Versatile daily trainer for moderate and uptempo paces: progression runs, fartlek, tempo runs. Not a dedicated racer or pure high-mileage easy-run shoe.

Weak points

Short fit with tapered toebox forces a half-size increase. Shoe fails to deliver promised explosive speed: foam is snappy but rocker is soft and fails to generate propulsion comparable to a speed trainer. Some testers report stiffness during initial runs before break-in.
