Fit

Narrow fit, especially in the forefoot and heel. Unanimous consensus: half size up for a normal foot, full size up for a wide foot.

Feel

Dense, compact EVA with a small Dreamstrike+ section in the forefoot, barely perceptible. Adequate cushioning but low responsiveness; running feel is stable, not energetic.

Durability

Adiwear outsole with near-full coverage; sources estimate 500–700 km. The compound is durable but thin in high-wear zones.

Best for

Light to moderate road running or treadmill, walking, everyday use, and gym. Not recommended for long distances, sustained paces, or trail.

Weak points

Heel structure behaves oddly: a sensation of rolling medially before being pushed laterally, flagged by Believe in the Run as well. The 11 mm drop is the highest in the Supernova family and hurts gait fluidity.
