Runs shorter than the Boston 12 in the same size: true-to-size recommended. The upper offers more forefoot room than the SL2; the heel is relatively narrow.

Feel

Full-length LightStrike Pro: soft yet responsive foam, balanced cushioning and energy return. Versatile from recovery runs to threshold intervals; tends to soften after roughly 150 miles, losing some responsiveness.

Durability

Continental rubber outsole with acceptable wear past 400 miles; foam retains its main characteristics up to 400–600 miles, with progressive softening from month three. Outsole intact at 100 miles, heel showing visible but non-critical wear.

Best for

Neutral runners seeking a versatile daily trainer: long runs, progression runs, threshold work. Not suited for trail, wet conditions, or runners who need stability.

Weak points
